newbie question which patch is best for use on astra28 E

firstly hi and thks in advance , found this site whilst looking to patch my spiderbox 9000HD

so immediate question is what is the best patch (gift) to run on Astra 28 , only got a fixed dish at the min left my motorised on the old house .

Fyrther plea\se keep it simple as im far from techie .

No channels open on 28e using gift.
If using other methods the best patch is always the latest.

thks manic and ive had a look and there are quite a few identifying different sats , i was wondering if any are astra specific or if indeed any would work ???

Nothing clears except fta on 28.2e astra (Sky)

As manic01 says there is no gift for astra2 but whatever you do always use the latest dated patch. Patches are not only about opening channels they often contain updates to the operating software.

Yes just follow the instructions and load correct patch for your model.

got it ill unzip it and follow the instructions from the yhr sticky and see where we go , box was second hand and didnt come with a manual and loads different to my old technomate . so get ready.

Very user friendly.
Can use for media ie avi films via usb or stream from laptop avi films.
Accepts softcams for satellites like 39e for epl footy.
Excellent remote, can work 4 devices.
Excellent hd pic.
Great box.

If your box is second hand it may not open anything with the patch, you will need to find the extras to use with the patch

He is on 28e anyways, never any gift channels using ethernet on that sat.
