your not alone mate I thought I"d give it a try on my 7000HD even though now and next is good enough for me.the software download was no problem but after puttingthe uk file in and going back to network and downloading the EPG nothing,still only now and next but not to worry box still works fine on whats available on service+(now ethernet)and I"ll keep plugging away to see if I can crack it,Its probably something I"m not doing quite right.
Please checkout the file I uploaded today, it does work.

yeah just tried it and the 1st line worked a treat took about 4/5 mins to reach 100%. Thanks
Agreed it is a little slow but gets there in the end, hopefully this is the start of some updates further improving our Spiderbox receivers.
Jimi - im sure i must have killed too many brain cells in the past. Ive done the s/box update fine & tried one of the original epg files & that didnt work. I just done your new file & picked the tm800 from the list & then went to d/load epg data menu & d/loaded, this took a few minutes so I assumed that all had worked ok. My question is which package am i now supposed to have the extended epg for, just 1 or many, how will i know which one ? Am i supposed to d/load info from each of the addresses in the pick list ? Sorry if i have missed an obvious point somewhere, but if someone could shed some light on this I would be grateful !!!!!

the TM800 url didnt work for me(just got update failed) The 1st url worked fine though,put the usb stick back in highlight the top url> go to network>download epg and the address should have changed.you can only have one epg at a time this one extended the fta channels on 28.2E.I didnt check it right out as its not a feature I will actually use but just wanted to get working.
At this time the download will only get the 28.2 FTA channels from that address, use other addresses for different satellites and packages.
You may have to try a few times.

Yes goes to ten lines and changes to network instead of service plus

I have a Spiderbox 9000HD. The EPG as described in previous posts works fine and now,
with the correct power options, is not lost after being in standby overnight.
The problem I have is that the EPG is lost when I use 'timeshift' or if I record anything to usb.
Has anyone else experienced this, or is it just my box?

Looking for some advise on EPG files for 28E. Which is the best with the most channels? Everyone I load is missing majority of channels. Any help appreciated.

Can you expand on what your problem actually is as "Dont Worked" is a little bit as an error on a Spiderbox as there is a lot of it that "Dont Worked" lol

Stop being so negative on a decent basic viewing box .
I also got a vu+ duo but dont compare them as the spiderbox was less than half price for a great hd picture
I got 3 spiders and mates have also and they all work well .
