Hi, can anyone help please? I have updated channels on my box and after restart is now stuck on load. I can use flush tool to upgrade .abs file and it turns on no channels message, but every time I upgrade channels list become stuck on "load"!? I also tried .abs file update from USB on the box but in that case displays message "file mismatch". Thanks in advance.

You could have more than one file on your computer or memory key. You rmemory key MUST be empty and file called TP_PROGS.dbs. If you have file on memory key called TP_PROGS.dbs(1) remove it.
Where did you get your list from?
I uploaded my channel list on 6-june-16. Download and flash that list. Its for northern ireland but if it fixes your issue i will upload another for your region.

Thank you for your reply, I have followed all the procedures as usual (I own the box for two years, done channel list update before) tried to upload previous list, which worked, but no joy. As soon as I update list and restart it gets stuck on load. One thing, if I remember correctly, it used to restart itself after update, it doesn't do it any more. ???

After reboot is it staying on load or going into loop?
Try older updates.
Going into loop happens mainly after channel updates.
You may need to use recovery tool with RS232 cable. Info in link

Thank you everybody, problem solved. I do not know how exactly. I just run eromupgrade tool, once more, out of desperation before sending it for repair and it works. Only difference to all previous attempts was that I crossed myself and asked God for help!? With that bombshell, God bless you all.

Use erom upgrade buy a rs232 cable download the right firmware and you are done
