Skybox F3 Skybox F3 - E001

Because I can not make any update on my SkyBox F3, all get the error E001 at the time of initialization after the upgrade?
The only one who can run the backup ABS is created in my pendrive, can someone help me?

hi mate have you tried the .dbs file instead mate and just choose miscellaneous file and update\see how you get on , failing that you could try factory resetting the box

use RS232 cable and flash it
