Skybox F3 putty and ssh to the f3?

Hi!
I just baught a F3 and are having some questions.

Is anyone familiar to if it is possible to remote in to the f3 with ssh?
Is it possible to open the f3 up so it is possible to connect a rasperry pi for LiveTV ?

Is it possible to open the abs file in some way to reconfigure?

simple answer no
it is closed sorce llinux as far as i know and it does not use enigma or neutrino image
and streaming to your pc is only possible if using enigma or neutrino images through a webbrowser and vlc
if you are using the pi with xbmc there are repository add ons to stream neutrino image like commando through xbmc
and there are tuts about to stream your enigma 1 or 2 images through xbmc but not possible to do with any skybox or similar hd boxes

You can remote connect to the F3 via tcp on your Lan to copy upload and edit the files with the Lan tool.

I am trying something similar.

i have some informations regardind HDMI problem with openbox s10 and like to share with You.

Namely there is 10 months as HDMI output stopped to work on my openbox s10 - everything else working fine.

I bring my openbox to service and I get information that PN521 HDMI controller is faulty and should be replaced.

I buy PN521 chip and replaced by still can not get picture on HDMI output - maybe it is a problem with other part.

I continue to use my openbox via RGB inputs - cables.

If somebody has experiences witih that please write.

i remember looking into this myself when i got it - found the port the tool operated on, but had no joy getting onto the box with the usual tools.
