I have an amiko alien2 twin tuner, would it be suitable for cable ? As that's the way I'm probably going to get channels back, also would my nline work just the same as it did with sat? Thank you in advance.

unsure you will have to look at back of box to see if its a twin sat tuner or maybe a sat and freeview/saorview via aerial tuner.

you sure it not got a triple tuner ? 2 sat and 1 cable?...have a butchers at the back?

Amiko Alien 2 Triple has three tuners, 2 for sat and one for Terrestrial/Cable, Freeview etc. You will need co-axle plug that is used for outdoor aerial.

darn, cant see a coaxial port , just tuner 1 and 2, my luck, and the wife on phone as I'm writing to swap from sky to tt, now need to look for cheapest cable box , till can afford better 1

thanks for replies guys, no coaxial, is there an amiko cable box that's the same to flash the same as my amiko twin?, just need the cheapest for now.

buy a wetexplat with cable tuner and if you need to go down the iptv route you have it all on that box

yeah see that you have vix installed more than likely you are using oscam pretty straight forward use CCcam to oscam convertor for your srever file save to desktop and ftp over if not working try pkteasm hyprion image has everything even a back up image and you can switch between dvb-t to dvb-c by a click of remote
