Not getting any ITV HD channels

ITV 1 2 3 4 HD channels not working just get tuned failed.

Tried googling it possibly lnb skew?

Get really good signal on all other channels.

This is on my duo. Sky+ hd box works absolutely fine

Just checked VU+Solo2 in west brom area all ITV 1 2 3 4 HD channels on sky an VM are working fine m8

Sorry this is on sky channels... I haven't figured out how to get abm swap the channels.

Some other channels like &tv HD and Colours HD both fta. SD variants work fine.

If you perform a normal Enigma 2 scan (do not use ABM or AB 28.2), how many channels do you get?

Did auto scan and get 891 channels.

Now that iv done a scan all the missing channels are greyed out or say n/a I think storm Dorris must have moved my knocked my dish alignment out slightly.

But having said that my sky+ HD box is working fine so slightly confused.

You should be getting 930+ channels.

What you think dish alignment issue or weak tuner? Box is at least 6 years old...

Numbers mean nothing useful. What is at 178 for you wile be different for someone using another region. A list of transponders is a better list, not that they will serve any purpose to anyone else. Others can receiver them, you can't.

You've not said what constants you have kept during your fault finding. It could be the face plates, connections, cabling, lnb skew or alignment.

The tuners have different sensitivities, so just because one works, it does not mean there isn't a problem with one part of equation. Converse is also true, in which case the actual device is at fault. Have you tried the Duo at another household?

Triax quadplex modules using WF100 all those channel numbers show with almost full quality on sky+ hd box.

Iv tried the box in another room same house but not another house.

I will scan in the same location with my Vu+ Zero and see if I got more channels in auto scan
