Do they offer a free replacement box?

what box did they offer surely not the skyQ

doubt it mate has took them long enough pretty sure be locked down

cancel it you will get a welcome back offer of 75% discount for 12 months got my offer arrive for old acount yesterday

yep time to dig out the sky box and see what deal I can get from them

When I cancelled due to health and money issues, they had me on the phone for about half hour trying to talk me into staying, offering me all sorts. At one point they asked me if I was terminally ill.

Every year i give em a ring, saying i need to cancel due to overtime cuts in work and they offer £40 for 8 months and £67 for the last 4. Rounds off to about £51 a month.

still too expensive for the bloat lol

Can anybody confirm if they have got a letter saying multiroom boxes are getting swapped or is it just Sky hd boxes for now ?

Thomson HD for sure no idea about others

Yes i was thinking it might just be the Thompson HD for the time being dont think they will change multiroom boxes just yet

Dar1437 Are they looking to tie you in to another contract?

I don't think so? I think i'm out of my last 12 month contract and was meaning to ring them with the old cancellation trick. :)
