Type of box ?

A friend claims to have bought a box for 150 quid

He could choose sky version OR CABLE
All sky including FULL HD
Recording

Not android and no streaming or sharing

What could it be ?
Currently I'm still using vu+ card share

But I'm curious . Gonna go down there later and check it out

Sat version is a little cheaper.

If its hd then it will be a cable tuner on card share If its a sat tuner then it will only get SD probably why its cheaper.

take some pictures of his set up and report back if its not obvious what it is mate

cable runs the same as your vu+ and can buy a usb tuner for the vu for about £40
