Re Paired card without reading! Any way of getting back on?

Please HELP!

So, stupidly and without reading up properly first. I put my s*y card back in the original receiver to try and get back Nat Geo, History etc.

When I tried the channels on the original receiver it said that card needed re pairing (which I did through my s*y account online)
BINGO channels all cleared BUT now the card wont work in the server! What a dumb ass!

I thought the 'boxkey' might have changed, so I checked the numbers and regenerated a key.....it was the same
Is there any noises as to a fix for this issue?

I've read a bit more on this now and get the gist of whats going on but please tell me is there anything I can do?

Am I right in saying that its the boxkey thats changed? my entitlements are still until 7/9/14

Maybe I'll have to take a look a the Cable TV scene, heard thats back up and running?!?!

Your card now has the extra level of hardware ID pairing procedure done which cannot be reversed on any HD receiver, you can re-pair to and old SD receiver but will lose the HD channels full stop

will still get sd channels no matter your set up

may lose in time who knows

I know a friend & his card went to the new pairing system last year and as well as losing the hd channels he lost all premium channels even sd ?

I lost sports and movies but still get some SD entertainment packs.

I'll try pairing to an old SD box and let you know how I get on.

Confirmed working again after making new box key, obviously just lost HD but hey its better than nothing.

Did they not ask you why you where pairing with a sd box when you rang ? when you are paying for hd . And did they not mention upgrading you to a new box even for sd ?

I said that I broke the HD box and was using a spare old white one.
Seems you can't pair the SD boxes online like with the HD ones!

try putting card in the original sky box while holding back up on the receiver pull the power plug then plug it back in and a screen should appear saying updating software then the card will be paired to the original sky box.

Hi smit05 I done something similar and can't see the movies etc on my dream box I tried pairing it to an old pace box must be about 9 years old but wouldn't let me do it online and I can't say the box is broken as it's just been put in, so would an old white sky box sort it out by pairing it online or would I need to phone sky as you done?

as its just a new box best of luck with that

use the engineers menu and phone line to pair to sd box, worked for me. regards

Got it going on the pace box m8 but it's still locked out the movies etc on the dm 500 I've just left it in the dm sky's either locked it completely as mentioned earlier, works ok in the pace box, only left it in the pace box for a minute and it cleared sky premiere don't know if I should have left it longer, either way I think the card will be flagged by Rupert and Co, but hey Ho, only other thing is leaving it longer and checking the ccam config on the dm I had posted it earlier in one of my posts any help is appreciated

Have you entered the boxkeys in the cfg?

Try Oscam (don't need to bother with keys)

Yes entered the box key used decimal to hex calculator on my phone and windows, do I just download oscam from the menu it's currently on ccam 2.1.4 has clines in there aswell but deleted them when trying the sky card
