How to reinstall sky ??

Just moved back to my parents for a short time and on the old sly dish is still on the wall I what wanted to reinstall my sly box has anyone done this and can give me any advice,

btw The box has been unplugged for 2 months and I’m still paying basic subs till feb.. Just don’t want to pay sly for the reinstall when I’m probably going to move again in a few months…

i wonder if u cud jus plug the box, and connect the wire from the dish

yeh it should work mate, i dont see why not.

just plug the bugger on... just tell sly that you are moving house and that the account needs moving also.. they will auto book a m/home but just tell them no u have done it yourself.. tel them you have done it all and it works... and tell them its cmh1 which means its not on the roof...

thanks guy i heard that the cards can go dead after a while and you need a call back with the registerd number, i might give it a try tomoz if i have time

as long as you are still making payments then just reconnect to a dish and if the channels are missing phone sky and they will sort it for you, if its just the free chans you are after then just leave the card in the box and itll reactivate itself for 3,4 and 5 eventually

just ordered a yellow house card on 0870 606 1111 for £20 so I can get ch 3, 4, 5 on ftv will have to register it first on arrival
