sky+ HD box not working?

hey all

just stuck my HD box back on after a few months in storage lol

now it boots up and says SKY+ HD please wait..... then that dissappears and a then i get nothing?

its done this on 2 teles on both scart andf HDMI?

whats up with it?

try this mate ....

1. Switch power off
2. press and hold both the left and right arrow keys on the front of the box together
3. Switch power back on and hold until all the lights light up on the front of the box
4. Let go and it will do a software download

and then wait for a while, get a cup of tea and some toast ....

btw see in box office is there only 1 option to buy the haye fight?

looks like i can only buy it in 3D?

im at work so i cant have a look, but i dont think thats right..

you might have to give sky a ring mate and get them to put it on for you..

should there be more than 1 option?

cant really see anything on that sie that i havent already tried bud

i go through the instructions that it gives you to purchase via the remote but then when i go through them and into the sports and events bit it only shows

are yon channel 743 when you try to book the boxing, if not try booking it on this channel

right then..

i pressed the box office button on the remote..

i scrolled to sports and events,

and then i get 5 options..... the first 3 are for the live event and the last 2 are for the repeat showing...

sky box office
SBO HD1
sky 3D
sky box office
SBO HD1
