Don't forget the one million refugees/asylum seekers let into Germany by Mrs Merkel. She knows that once they have been "processed" and given German citizenship, they will be on the next ferry to the UK and we will be able to do nothing about it! That is the price of continued membership.

I'm wanting out..
Fed up with all the crap we have to put up with due to the EU.
There's going to be lots of scare mongering.

Another question arrises

If we leave what happens to all the Europeans already in and working in the UK.

I take they would lose their right to work and have to leave.

This brings up a number of problems, how are you going to replace that work force? I am not worried about someone extention being delayed because of a shorage of plumbers but what about all the nurses that have to leave or the teachers that we are already at crisis point with?

The 2nd problem is that for quite some years employers have just recorded if an employee is an EEC member (if not then they have systems in play for work permits so as I see it every employer with have to recheck all staffs eligability to work. The expence involved in all of this is going to be colosal

I would think that those already here and paying into the system would be allowed to stay?
Some may now even apply for citizenship.

They would still have to apply for something and as an employer it would be your duty to check that they had the relivant paperwork (or you would be employer an illegal) thus as stated you would have no choice but to recheck every member of staff (bar those that are already in the work permit system as you would already have their details).

There is a lot to consider and get answers about.

A couple of workers rights which europe has given us

28 (23 + 5 bank holiday) days holiday a year
Max 48 hour week

I as sure that there are loads more but just a couple of the top of my head

I want Out as I said but the Tory`s want in or is out and so do Labour
scratching my head on this as it does not make sense to me lol
I never ever agree with the Torys so what is there agenda?
Its a 50/50 for most people as the EU has some good stuff & bad stuff by staying or going
we need to hear the truth a not lies from major companies who pay no or little tax with us being in the EU
and they want to stay of course lol and filling peoples head with saying we wont get any business and lose jobs etc which is NOT true.

It's the Tory version of the hokey cokey Joe.

Will be a vote for out from me come the 23rd June

Don't know how the EU decides who gets' what or how much each member Country has to contribute. But I do know that I don't like these figures for 2014, taken from the EU website.

•Total EU spending in the UK: € 6.985 billion
•Total UK contribution to the EU budget: € 11.342 billion

•Total EU spending in Poland – € 17.436 billion
•Total Polish contribution to the EU budget – € 3.526 billion

I actually thought that Poland had moved in with the UK. 19 member countries benefited from the union collectively to the tune of just over € 98 billion.
Obviously it's a lot more complicated than it appears from those figures. How can the normal everyday person make an informed decision, especially with crap scaremongering being thrown into the mix.

My choice would be a "no" but based solely on the immigration problem as I'm in no position to judge it financially.

A Big OUT for me !! @srgberian says "Stay In. Better the devil you know" well I'm old enough to know life before EU membership and since being "In" it has only led to job losses and inflation. We used to have an Industrial Workforce before the EU now we are a Nation of Service Providers which can only survive while there are those who can afford to use those Services and that is beginning to fall.
We had a far bigger Trade Alliance with the Commonwealth Countries prior to the EU and although the EU membership has increased since then it has not been with the addition of wealthy countries !! Plus lets be realistic the new major Trade Market has to be China and the EU will hinder Britain's chances to trade with China to ensure that the trade can be spread throughout the EU.
As for migration as if the refugee problem is not enough, only last week the EU opened up the EU Borders to Turkey................and we have seen enough of the lax arrangements between Turkey and Syria and the possible links with ISIS..........Definitely time to shut up the borders to this free for all, yes we need some Immigration but we deserve the right to be selective !!
We pay £55 Million a day for membership of the EU, I can think of much better causes to use that money for !!!!!!

I am undecided at the moment, there's so many cotradictory facts & figures for both sides. Obviously the manufacturers want the UK to stay in Europe to save on import duty (UK has a few car plants that could relocate to Europe if we vote out). On the other hand most of the multi national companies seem to evade tax by bouncing profits around & leaving the EU could help government to close these loopholes.

Think I will be undecided till the last minute but I do think we might do better outside of the EU.

what you have said in your post is exactly right .... what we got is our commonwealth which we have kept very quiet since the 2nd world war which the americans has never liked and we had to give up the empire to appease the americans for there assistance in the 2nd world war . we might suffer in the global markets short term but in the long term we will be better off ............

Reference the Car Plants, of the mainstream car manufacturers other than the Vauxhall Ellesmere Port plant producing the Astra and the highly reduced Vauxhall plant Luton producing the Vivaro van and of course Mini who are now a BMW company, the other factories are Japanese Car brands Honda, Toyota and Nissan who located here back in the mid to late 1980's and they have all discovered that the factories here produce vehicles to a higher quality and cheaper than anywhere else in Europe and also better and cheaper than in Japan, so EU taxation would have to be quite restrictive before they will pull out

I would think any increased taxation would mean it would make more economic sense to manufacture within the EU ( bear in mind they would get a big EU grant to offset any relocation costs).

I'm only guessing as are most of the people who will vote on the in/out referendum.

And with a saving of £55 million per day, I don't see why we can't reduce business taxes to keep them here??

stay in or lose our human right thats what this goverment want full control of us

The human rights act wants a major overhaul mate, i am sick of red tape from brussels saying we carn't deport some who has been involved with terrorism such as abu hammza , to get rid of him cost us millions. Also all the prisoners who make human rights claims, once you are locked up for doing wrong, you should have rights
