Hi I have an iPhone 4 which is locked to EE network .. I want to use it on O2 .. Can it be unlocked / jailbroke .. Then take an update off iTunes to in jailbreak it ??? Not bothered if it locked to O2 afterwards ...

after reading about i got the idea you cant change netid with funcard without wiping the chip... is that right ??? or has it already been done..if it has then i'm talking sh*t .. v+ box netid was already at 10.. went into eng menu after writing funcard using v2 netid put card in, nothing, 3...

to check if a card has been hit you can try mrom but ONLY hit reset nothing else or you'll wipe the details...if the card comes up with valid ird its usually ok....but i stress only press reset.

cheers mate, so iv got replace the chip with a blank one???i have a willem but no adapter only the zif unit...iv read it wont take a netid change on a new chip if the software has gone 3.7 is that right ?????

sorry if this in the wrong place but didn't no where else to ask...iv got a willem 4.5 and i want to read a 24c16 soic chip..the problem is i don't have a socket for it...can i attach it to the zif unit to read it...iv googled it and searched everywhere but i cant find the answer...any info...
