iv not tried that mate no, do you mean back in the thomson box and see if it updates the entitlements, my entitlements are upto 31st jan 2017 so its updated them at some point, but obviously card isnt clearing for some reason.

my card is paired to a thomson box though mate so wont it just go off by 31st anyway,regardless of cam, im trying to prolongue if possible, if it goes it goes nowt we can do is there, lol!

right guys iv had an ask about and managed to source an amstrad drx 280, cany anyone confirm weather this is suitable, it is the old white box so i assume so.

joe which box did you pair it too mate, just had a look on ebay but all i can see is hd boxes like the 890 which are no good.

which sd boxes lads i havnt got a clue with them to be honest.

anyone had any luck pairing to another sd box, coming from a thomson, my cards off and has been for a week or so, whats my options here for getting it back up and going, which box would i need and how do you go about pairing it, thanks.

ccleaner will help you get rid of alot of files and old temp files you dont see, but really if you have loads of software installed that you no longer need, goto control panel and uninstall a program, then right click on whatever you dont want and uninstall it all.

yip got my letter today too, and mine is paired to a thomson box, my card has never been in the thomson for years so how will they cut it off, do they use new pairing methods, not really upto speed with it all as its just been working.

funny because all drivers were upto date, i always use driverpack solutions it grabs all drivers needed which i done on both attempts, never mind though it sorted it 3rd time once i had done all the windows 7 updates which was a pain in the arse as the updater just doesnt seem to work properly...

just go get back to this, i installed a fresh copy of windows 7, went to the link downloaded the upgrader, it dowenloaded fine, install was going great, got to 99% and never completed, lol, left it on overnight too, still nothing, so iv now managed to install all windows 7 updates and this...

just reinstalled win 7 and activated, went to link, all looking good so far, the iso i use is sp1 so hopefully i dont have to download hundreds of updates 1st, cheers pal, will let you know its on 7% download so will be back soon, hopefully...

thought so pal, cheers, thought this might have sorted the audio problems out with this image but after googling it seems they all do it, lag after so long and sync goes out, never mind think its time for an upgrade to the bedroom box, lol!
