My sky hd box updated itself the other night to skyplus8.4.0.multiplatform.v.3.0.0. Since this my sky text has stopped working? It says 'please wait' for a few seconds then goes back to picture? Also, how do I get in the engineers menu on this software? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
