How can I update Oscam to Latest in LibreELEC ? Installed version is 11391, now 11398 released

I am experimenting on Libreelec now, Installed on sdcard and also setup Tvheadend with official build, now struggling with Oscam, want to know, how to setup and configure, because, most of official sites don't like to talk about Oscam

With other sdCard, its working, not to stick with Enigma2, only for testing purpose

May be the issue, I use Kingston 16 GB class 10 Card, also unable to initialize LibreELEC by this card

Do you think libreelec is nice alternative, I don't want to leave Android, or downgrade weos for ATv 2.3

Its already activated, issue is on some encrypted channels in H.265 dont have audio, only audio through spdif not by HDMI, while most channels working perfect and smooth, I am using Oscam manager and set for Cccam

How to find Config and other files for Oscam in WP2, I try to connect with Windows PC , but not succeeded , If any way possible, So I can share these config files with u to analyse the problem with Oscam
