I have downloaded this and followed the instructions but the plugin does not appear in the plugins to launch. I can see the file in the extensions folder any ideas of What have I done wrong.

Exactly the same spoke to technomate and they don't know what the problem is they sent me a clean image and even that didn't work. I have sent the box to them and they are going to try and solve it. The box is only two months old so if they can't fix it they will replace.
