Have you tried another box? If its just these two channels which is the problem try loading a new channel list or flash firmware, if still not working check you dish or you need to get your box power supply fixed, or get a new box.

Have you checked your sky signal? Does another box work?

Depends where you got it from, if not a reliable source i.e. china via eBay then yes its a clone, if not...send it back if you are sure you had the right software for it.
