its not connecting to it, read on my travels that it needs to be in the test/local mode to go into nss or nokia updater which the lock code prompt prevents... Bod, thanks for suggestions, I have tried everything but it doesnt work !!

Hi folks, updated my E72 and now at startup it asks for a lock code... I have never changed the code on it and used the default 12345 but it doesnt work.. been reading on the net as it could be read via NSS but when i try to connect its not connecting via USB either... help guys....

its a pure pain... thought with 2.2 official update, it was pretty straight forward.. out of all apps, I can only move a few..

MSN Droid is the best as its developed by MSN themselves.. I dont tend to use 3rd party apps as dont know what info goes where..

Strange mate... my girl friends desire was on O2 but unlocked... used 1.21 which didn't work but the 1.15 did... Remember she asked O2 shop and they said it cud be months... she needed it as memory on 2.1 was pish and she couldn't install new apps... Dump iPhones... HTC Desires are magic !

dont go down the root way AllRoad... Download this version HERE Not sure what version you have but if you have not been able to put 1.21 on then most likely when you use 1.15 at Step 1.. you are sorted !! let me know if you need any help.. cheers
