Anybody in the teesside area that has a solder rework station? I have accidently blown 1 of my drives in my raid array [emoji90] . I have a donor drive board but need the bios chip swapping I'm not bad at soldering but would rather get it done proper. Anybody out here could give a hand...

I'm sure mine was but once I took hard drive out it would.

I had a cf18 very similar could not get into bios. The way I did mine was to take hard drive out so it hopefully boots to next item plugged in a usb cdrom and downloaded a bios password killer disk worked a treat.

My vu is sat in the garage collecting dust. I had this problem a while back and any amount of flashing did not fox it, I ended up having to replace some caps on the power board which seemed to sort it but was very hit and miss after that (was using as my server) just used another box instead.

Being putting them in to folder or hard drive and then installing with the ipk installer.

Which image are u using just tried again from scratch I'm using latest build 4.2 bit just won't entertain both plug ins but mgcamd installed fine

Decided not to get this now, i know you can side load oscam with ostool for the dvb but have decided to get the K1 that has support for cccam and newcamd these type of boxes seem to tick all the boxes with having a andriod box and dvb.

Does the dvb tuner only work in xbmc or does it have a app like some of the other andriod dvb boxes?

After seeing this thread i have decided to get one to have a play. Seems to tick all the boxes Android box and sat box looking forward to it.

As far as I'm aware guys it has to be a official hard drive from Microsoft they have a special security sector on them. You can only use a normal hard drive if the xbox has been hacked. Mate of mine got an official 1 320gb of eBay for about £30. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2
