Ive sorted it now.I bypassed the TV/FM isolator that the dreambox was connected too and the 3 channels came back on.

my motherboard is different as well in that is say rev L, yours says rev6 so it may be an older box, you may be able to google what is the difference between the too, or it may have been answered on this forum

ive just taken apart my dm800hd and it doesnt look likes yours. Mine is the same as ferret says in that it pushes into a slot on the side and doesnt slot directly into the mother board.

Just one other thing i did try to do manual scans of individual transponders and was gettin 0 channels on the channels that were not being picked up in the service scan. I knew my dish was ok as i had other boxes connected to it.

Hi i had a similiar problem that turned out to be my tuner. What i did notice that it only scanned about 450 plus channels, but the scans gave different results, other than that the tuner seemed ok.You dont say what box you have? have a look at this thread...
