RAC 200 Won't Boot Up

Hi,
I have a 2nd hand RAC200, when I got it i changed the software to tomtom V3. All worked perfectly. The unit ran out of batteries last week in my car, when I now plug it in I get the 1st 'RAC GPS Navigation' orangew screen, The unit will not booy up to the screen with navigaton and settings etc.

I auusme the is a windows CE loading issue and not the tomtom. Has anyone had this problem before, can you advise me on how to solve it??

mine is like this also. not sure if it a fault with the unit as its not recognised in windows
