tomtom maps

off to spain in a few weeks and wanted to add spain maps tried sometime ago but tomtom wouldnt accept them without code etc
but a friend was saying the other day there are some out that will work on a stand alone tomtom unit ?
just wondered if this is true ?
at least i would know if it was worth searching about the newsgroups for them

yes m8 you should be able to find a map, which will work on you tomtom 510 but dont look for the version 7 maps go for 675.1409 western europe should be ok for what you need
