Truck sat nav

Hi peeps
Any info/experience with/for best truck sat nav units, I'm about to purchase and thought I'd ask your opinions to sway my buying options.

get a TomTom go 520/530 /730, you need one with SD card slot.

you will learn how to put truck map and navcore n a SD card and patch it to your unit.
it's takes a little reading but plenty of help and its all free. you can update maps for free.
