after you enter the keys in the first two lines exit and save then power off then on reciever .....bingo ! well it was for me anyway

CAS ident 4001 and keys entered in the first two lines on mine it says

CAS
IDENT

(10) ---- ENTER NEW KEYS HERE
(11) ---- AND HERE
10 ---- leave the rest as they are
