TM 5402 HD M3 usb problem

Hi all, I need help regarding TM 5402hd m3. When i connect my usb with reciver everything is ok. Problem is when I press ok on selected patch, it is just saying Firmware update and reading.... standing on 0%. Just freeze like that. I have also tried to view some pictures and also froze. I made a speed test writing and reading on receiver and it said that it is ok. Really dont get it what is the problem? Please help

I'd try another disk,maybe a usb stick,and format it(you will lose all data on the stick) using the format utility on the Technomate.If this is a new M3 then you need to speak Technomate,in case you need to return it.Cheers
