TM-6800HD Super, Problems with Sound on 27.5W HD programmes only

Has anyone experienced problems with No Sound on HD programmes only, on 27.5W satellite. All std definition Programmes work fine.

How did you load the channels? If you just did a scan then that will explain it- you MUST program each channel individually, (VPID, APID etc.) and specifying MPEG4 for the audio.

Thanks very much for your help. I have tried BBC One HD, it works fine. Will now load the rest.
By the way Do I have to load each of the Standard Def. programmes individually? or Can I Add transponder and scan?

It will probably depend on which patch you are running, best just to add all manually- once you've done a couple it doesn't take long.

I loaded Patch 762 dated 9/7/14, tried the add transponder route to add Std. def. programmes worked OK just had to activate each line. I then deleted the HD channels loaded with the Std. Def. programmes. Switched off/on the box at back, The HDs I first loaded worked OK.
