problem with tm6900super

Hi to all.
I need a help please
i made a scan the 7east satellite and all working so good.
But when i changing the channels suddenly it stop to the National geographic HD and then the tm start to doing reboots.
Now i don't know how to stop the reboots, what can i do to change the channel and delete it from menu?
