whats open with emu/softcam

Hi again jimbofz,

...i was trying to enter the keys for english club tv on 4.8e and bein sport 1/2 on 19e, just for the fun of it...

Where have you sourced these keys from mate...?

I've not come across a current BISS key for English Club TV on Astra 4A at 4.8°E ...nor have I seen any current DCW keys for the beIN Sport 1/2 channels on Astra 1KR/1L/1M/2C at 19.2°E

Are you sure that the keys in question aren't old/expired ones...?

PS
These keys are entered in the BISS section of the softcam... not the CAS section

Best Wishes,
Zorch

keys are current from another site listed as
glenn-911 tm softcam 22,3 ,2013
first i tried them in biss menu ,no joy,
ive managed to enter other keys in biss menu manually
and they work its just that if they are listed as softcam keys
i thaught it was worth trying to enter in cas menu.
the clever people who compile these lists presumably test them
maybe the tm patch is restricting any manual key entries in cas menu to work?
to put it another way
has anybody entered any extra key to cas menu and opened it ok

bein sport was open on 19.2e and 12.5w at one time in b.i.s.s. but isnt anymore and english club tv on 4.8e is in viaccess. there is a list of active b.i.s.s. keys on here and the softcam list is up to date although the 4 mtv channels in the austriasat package are down atm. CCW/DCW keys are short lived and often last a few hours so are not worth bothering with imho. theres footbal, movies, xxx and general ent available with your box and theres the fta stuff aswell.. the only way you will get more choice is get yourself a viewing card or upgrade your box to a tm5402hd or similar and use the lan function, regards mdt

half the fun for me is just to see what you can open for fun
i use sealions on openbox but im fed up with the norman collier effect !
you lot are probably too young to remember him ,but he used to stutter a lot
[a bit like most sealions]
this tm5200 was going in the bin as a friend had upgraded to a vu+duo,
and cos the 5200 was not hd it was no use for him ,this is where i stepped in
and its fun playing with it.just exploring all its possibilities
love to know how the keys are identified, must be some serious number crunchers
out there.
finally has anybody entered a manual key into cas menu and cha has opened?

Not quite mate remember it like yesterday, he just used to make it look like the mike he was using was faulty every few seconds or so, you would be very surprised at how old some of the members are on here LOL, myself personally have been into sat even before Sky came on the scene :)

mdt Thanks for the useful list. Wonder if anyone can mention what is available with the Tm 5402 via ethernet connection. [not cs] Bought a new Tm 5400 a couple of weeks ago, an excellent box ,but hope to sell it and buy the 5402 as it has the ethernet connection, other wise would hang on to the 5400. So if anyone is interested?

If you update to the latest patch as of yesterday from the download centre you will get what is remaining from the Digiturk pack on 7.0° east as well as all the other usual Softcam channels dotted about, Also if you run Vplugserver form a PC/laptop via ethernet you will also get the remaining channels from UPC on 0.8° west
