epg tm 5402 hd

hi guys my epg 7 day is working a treat but my problem is when i am on a channel then i press the info bar which tells you your current and next info i get nothing, but like i said the 7 day epg is fine, i got the SKYUKCHANLIS28.2 from this site so in every categorie it has been set to the correct freq to recieve the epg. the box is new to me since yesterday so i am still learning,

any help would be great

when you have the 7-day epg loaded you will get name program only on the premium channels if you want full info again you will have to reboot your tm again but you will get only now and next full info or when you leave it on a free sat channel you will get 7-day epg full info on that transponder after a while .there is an older patch where you would get now and next full info and 7-day name program only epg will remain
