a cheaper way is to still run the required co-axial cable, but by the cheapo video sender kit from argos. its totally sh!te at sending the pictures and sound (but the co-ax sorts that out) but is brilliant at sending the return IR signals from the remote, and cheaper, and easier to get hold of than a global TV link plus kit, also easier to fit, just plug them in lol
the good thing about these as well, if you have an RF distribution system, you just move the video senders 'receiver' unit from one room to another to relocate where you want to control the original box from
