problems setting up motorised dish

Hi

I have been trying to set up me motorised dish but the problem i have is that i have the elevation scale on the side of the motor as well as another scale on the dish.

My Lat: 53:33:46N (53.56289) and Lon: 2:27:57W (-2.46593)

What do i need to set on both the motor and dish

your lat is your motor setting and the lon is your dish bracket setting m8

set the latitude on the site of the motor m8 and tighten it all up, the scale on the side of the dish will be around 22 off the top of my head
