TM500S and no internet connection

Hi guys, got a problem with me TM500s and int. conn.
tm500 its obviously connected with R32 cable to virgin super hub.
now, press the LAN button and in there Ive go..
IP; 192.168.0.91
Netmask 255.255.255.0
Type : LAN
Name Server; 192.168.0.1
gateway; 192.168.0.1

and where Static IP is just says - no internet connection
can anyone can help me ?

Some images say No internet connection even if there is.
Can you ftp to box?
Use Dcc?

Hi All,

Its interesting I found this thread, I have similar problem and abandon the box however I was wondering if there is a solution to this problem, when I tried to ftp it connects but doesn't load the file, any help will be appreciated
