cuberevo 250hd

hi ive got myself a cuberevo 250hd and for the life of me i can not get my ftp program to connect to it.I have tried all the passwords root /relook sifteam pk ipbox the lot i have searched the web for a week in an effort to establish the pass but to no avail.Funny thing is i can connect with webif.I have also tried to update the image in order to maybe get ftp working but even this task is proving a pain followed all tuts ie rename file to usb_update.img ,formatted usb to fat32 .This is starting to do my head in please anyone with any other passes or ideas would be welcome.

What I was doing wrong when renaming image I did this usb_update.img but what you need to do is usb_update
