Just a reminder of the Upgrade Procedure

1,back up channel data udb only[menu/usb green button].
2,factory reset.
3,load todays patch S/W only.
4,factory reset.
5,menu network turn back on ,press 1111 to expand other options.
6,load your channel data back on enter your long/latitude if needed.
7,goto key edit turn ucas back on.
8,load softcam.

to liri5 i to had this prob was told by my installer the server he set me up with had gone down and he connected me to another even better 1 hope you get on ok as i to am new to this stuff and was lost
ps u can check your ethernet connection this is what went down on mine

can someone please help me here, as im new to this !!
i bought a spiderbox 9900 hd a month ago to wath alsat channels on eutelsat w2, football , movie etc. was working fine for the last 3 weeks and it stoped, scrambeld channels !
i rang up the shop i bought it from they said i need to go back there so the can download the new software to the box. even thou the said it will work for at least 12month without any problems.
can some one shed some light here,
