LG KS360 Network UNLOCK
This Software has not been TESTED, Please make sure you test all files before use.
THIS IS NOT AN UNBLOCKER - WHICH IS ILLEGAL!

TUTORIAL: UNLOCK YOUR LG KS360
Make sure you have your LG KS360 beside you and your USB cable that it came with to connect your LG KS360 to your PC. But don’t connect it just yet.
Also make sure your LG KS360 is switched off while doing STEPS A.
Any Problems please email me. It might look like a lot to do but it’s Easy and will take 5 minutes.
STEPS A
Step 1: First Uninstall PC Suite if you have it installed and any LG KS360 USB drivers that you have installed.
Now extract the folder KS360 inside this LG_KS360_UNLOCK.zip to somewhere on your computer.
Step 2: Open the KS360 folder you just extracted and run USB_FLASHDRIVER_Setup.exe and install.
Step 3: Plug your USB cable into your computer and then into your phone (which should be still switched off) Wait for it to install all the drivers and for your computer to find the phone etc.
Step 4: Now unplug the phone and keep it switched off.
Step 5: Run KS360-TOOL.exe inside the KS360 folder you extracted.
Step 6: Choose option N and press enter .
Step 7: Type \\.\USB1 (that's backslash backslash dot backslash USB1) (no spaces) and press enter
Step 8: Now type KS360.flb and press enter
Step 9: Now type STATIC_EEP (get ready to connect your phone to your pc)
Press Enter then within 1-2 seconds, connect the phone to your PC(still switched off) (timing is critical!)
Step 10: If successful, 2 new files called STATIC_EEP and STATIC_EEP.big will appear in the KS360 folder.
You want to keep the smallest sized one STATIC_EEP (about 80kb) . Delete the bigger one -STATIC_EEP.big
If these 2 files haven’t appeared – Repeat steps 5 to 9 again until you get the new files STATIC_EEP to appear.
Step 11: Run KS360-TOOL.exe again and this time select option O and press enter.
Step 12: Type STATIC_EEP and press enter
Your unlock code will appear – write this down somewhere then CLOSE THE PROGRAM – DO NOT PRESS ANY KEY.
Almost done. Just 2 more steps and your phone is now unlocked.
STEPS B
You can now unplug your phone from your PC and turn it on.
Step 1 : Type 2945#*71001# (as if you were typing a phone number)
Step 2: A menu appears , press Unlock Sim and then choose NETWORK LOCK.
(If it comes up with a message saying unavailable choose SERVICE PROVIDER UNLOCK instead)
Then simply enter your unlock code that you wrote down a few seconds ago.
RESTART YOUR PHONE. YOUR PHONE IS NOW UNLOCKED
