* updare german translation
* added option to switch off showing fallback cover ("No cover found")
* Fix "KEY_LEFT" & "KEY_RIGHT" double press on regular player
* replaced Menu screen with EMCMenu screen (The old one is no longer working on OE2.0 Images, as the Main Menu screens have replace the old Menu screen.)
* ignore phrases for MovieInfo-Lookup which are encapsulated in (*)
