Today we have paid service for one year but we could not find from download any help to unlock our cd
do you have any idea to solve the problem

I signed up and paid for a six months subscription as required to obtain a code for a Audi A6 Concert sound system with Serial No: AUZ2Z3C1063592, VIN NO:WAUZZZ4B32N143962.
I successfully logged in but have been unable to get a code. Hope that you can assist.
