Hi guys, i was one of the poor sods that pre ordered the note 7 with gear vr.
As everyone and their dog knows the n7 has been officially withdrawn forever.
I finally cancelled the pre order from 25th aug yesterday and got the s7 edge thinking i would get my gear vr.
Three said to call customer services to get the gear vr as they do not stock the vr and they should do it out of goodwill at the very least.
Well samdung has lost a customer now. they are not willing to honor their n7 pre order gear vr. They only had the same deal finish a few days back on the n7 edge.
If anyone else is in the same boat don't bother with samsung product as they will renege on the offers even though it was them that caused the problems.
