Bye Bye Virgin mobile

Hi guys I need a rant.

The wifes mobile phone deal was a corker at £6 pm for unlimited everything - we had been on this deal for at least 7 years.
Anyways in june they wrote to us letting us know they are increasing the cost to £9 pm. I swallowed as it was still a cracking deal.

Roll on 2 month yet another letter from these highway robbers. The price plan is now increasing to £23 per month which works out at around 280% increase in just over 2 months - loyalty bonus removed. As they no longer recognise all the services we have it time to show them the red card.

With this rise, and the constant raises in prices (every 5 months or so) im really sick of these cowboys, tivo is another story (but we all know how cr@p it is).

This company is now morally bankrupt, we have taken the mobile service and will follow with all the other services now.

HA i had really big issues with that company some years back, they decided to turn off mobile data and accused me of tethering when i had not. The whole issue was pretty demeaning because of their accusations, then with the hoops i had to jump though with no support number only on line faceless forums. They then made me promise publicly not to tether which i had never done in the first place before they would reinstate my data. I gave them them the middle finger and told everyone i had signed up - funny they all left after as well.
I would not ever touch another virtual network again, giff naff and vermin are both on my blacklist.

I've has terrible issues with virgin mobile moving on from them was definitely the right thing to do. Unlimited was capped for me at 3gb. Once I hit that amount my speeds was dumped so low I couldn't load an image on Facebook, Twitter or instagram using 4g. Pay the same price now to 02 and get 30gb of nice speeds

I have tried quite a few due to signal problems and I eventually landed on Talk mobile (vodafone) and since then I've never had a problem. I was on Virgin and tbh they've got to have been the worse out the bunch, I lasted all of 1 month before moving on.

I got 3 out the 5 of us on £15 a month 30 day deal, 5000mins, 5000 text, 15gb data . They've now changed it to a 12 month deal but still a cracker and hard to match

I swore blind I will never ever get a sim phone deal ever. With the price of phones nowdays and the way they are made you might as well buy one then a sim only 30 day deal. Virgin do nothing more than try to tempt you with sh*t phone deals. I wouldn't go near them with a sh*tty stick
