ok so my car insurance ran out on sunday so did a search a couple of weeks ago and found a few which were 2
£200 cheaper than my renewal price
any way so one of the companies phoned me and i said yes defo interested please phone me thursday after work as i am really busy atm
so by sat not returned call even tho i had phoned them twice and was told there would call back urgent so i phoned them sat morning and was told the same again we will phone you urgently
end of sat no call flipping w*nkers and i'm at the gf 70 miles away
so i have insurance for sunday only and it is bank holiday monday great
at work tuesday morning i phone them and they do all the checks and then tell me that i have a fault claim from may 2011 eeeeeeerrrr no i said thats a none fault claim
ok phone you old provider and clarify so i did and they said the same as me so i phone them again
to be told that i have a fault claim from 2014 eeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrr no
some bloke had tried to have his car repaired for free by saying i had reversed into him in the car park and i told him to contact his insurance as i had not hit him and the fact that he had moved his car before contacting me to see the damage ( i also had witnesses to say i had not hit him ) out of courtesy i phone my insurance and told them what had happened, that i was in no way at fault and that he was in my opinion was trying to get his car repaired for free
anyway they turn round and say well in was recorded and is on the system as a fault claim ( even tho there has been no claim made ) and it will be on there till sept when it reaches 12 months with no claim and i still have 10 years no claims
so my quote goes from £287 ( paying monthly with credit all in ) to £402 annually before credit and no claims protection
your having a fecking laugh aint you so for doing the right thing you get punished
and just to add insult on top i asked why so high with 10 years ncd and that false claim
to be told because i had 2 none fault claims in 2011 i was being quoted a higher price so i get hit by idiots who hit me i get punished
