hi guys - i bought an electrical product from a seller on the net, paid via paypal...never did recieve the item as it was sent 1st class recorded, anyway...after waiting a week or hoping it may turn up, it never did as it appeared to be lost in the system as the tracking number showed no info... put in a paypal claim and waited , a few days sent a replacemnt via special deliver. i did not ask for a replacemnt, i would have asked for my money back..Postman tried to deliver but i was out so left card to collect from sorting office, i went today to the local delivery office and the fooker has sent me some bubble wrap in a padded envelope...the cheeky bastewrd trying to con me...where do i stand with paypal

Shouldn't have signed for it (weight would probably be different depending on what you ordered). You could tell PayPal its not as described though and see how that goes.

You can take pictures but continue the case with paypal escalate it..t may take a few weeks but you will get your money back..I have just been through the same and got money back no problems.in my case i ordered a sat box but when delivered was a crock of bleep i was aware that the seller had tried to palm me off with a dodgy box and after trying to contact them via the sellers site and getting no response they deleted my account with them and blocked me so i opened a paypal dispute and hey presto they had no choice but reply..just escalate it mate paypal see this everyday and your covered 100% no matter what.

yes ive escalated the claim, waiting for paypal to decide...will post back....

sh1t in the package and return to sender
and continue with dispute with PP

The bouquet should have matured to perfection by the time it gets to him
