Microsoft xbox one

Hello guys,

So When i was on my XBOX ONE after redeeming £35 for in store credit i tried purchasing the cod ghost season Pass with the £35. When I tried purchasing it with the £35 I kept on receiving the xbox error code "PBR9000" which said that i purchased too much today and that i would have to buy it tomorrow. The problem is I didn't buy anything that day, phoned the cnuts up now i got to wait 3 fooking days for them to sort the problem out if they dont get in touch, its the first dlc i have tryed to buy on the xbox one, got to phone back up and probably wait another 3 fooking days . i dont get this problem with my ps4

Iv not had any problems with mine, and most of my games are dlc

Just an update the problem has been solved what it was i had 2 accounts apparently now it has been sorted so i now can purchase of the store i also had Xbox LIVE Prepaid 1 month Gold Membership for free because of the inconvenience.
