ebay seller?

I bought a laptop early today from ebay its stated it has firewire but since found out it does not. The seller offered cancellation i agreed
but he now has marked the item dispatched and wont answer my emails. Can i refuse delivery from parcel force as i will have to pay return postage and claim back my money from ebay.

I have paid for it but he stated in the specs it had a firewire port but since but have found out it does not.He agreed cancellation after i paid when he seen it had no firewire port

this is his reply i got this morning.

You are right, its an error in the listing it doesnt have a firewire port. I cannot comment on the pcmcia firewire as ive never used it like that. I'll hold off sending it until you decide if you want to cancel the transaction or not.

he seems ok about it, how did u pay?

problem solved he hit the dispatch key by accident and is gonna refund me. It seems he just copied and pasted the specs of the laptop from similar model.
