Why are people at the end of telephone support lines so thick???
Everytime i have phoned i get nowhere with these uneducated twats.

Are all thy trained to say is hello and apoligies and have a nice day????

I spend my good hard earned money to call THEM for a service that I pay them good money for only to be told that they dont know the answer and to call back next day or that they will get someone else to look into it and call back!! why cant that someone else be at the end of the line.

Example, i call the council today because i wanted to know something, got cut off 3 times, then when i finally did get through all the lady could do was say hold on so she can read the notes. 15 minutes sh spnt reading the notes to then tell me that she dont know and i need to call back tomorrow when the manager is there!!! WTF!!!!

know what you mean but its not just on the end of a phone its support staff full stop i think.
bought new tv for bedroom and tried setting sky+ remote with no luck, checked sky site and told they have an exect code for the TV but i need to fork out for a new remote with new software, yeah right. emailed them asking for code and if HD remote had new software(only installed the other month) to try that only to be told they dont have any codes for that TV?????? they had one till i said i wouldn't be buying a new remote


UPDATE:
after telling them there was no way i would be buying a new remote and that the info from their site should be changed because it states they have a code I received an email today saying they would send me a new HD remote, even though thats not the problem i'm not going to complain

lol what a coincidence. i called them yesterday to ask what the maximum size shed i could get built without having to get planning permission and i got passed on 4 times before the johnny on the other said 'you'll have to visit of website'! what a fckin tool! they might as well put an automated answer message and sack these muppets....
