£40 fine for a can of stella

went to the Ian Brown gig in glasgow last night with my mates, we took a few cans for on the train, heading down to the o2 academy theres spare waste ground behind the tube station went to cut through it and finish our cans, bloody plain clothes coppers pull us and give us all a £40 fine each for antisocial behaviour!!!!
Waste of police time and money, theyre just lookin for easy targets, anybody who knows that area of glasgow will agree 4 guys havin a beer outside is the least of their problems.

ps the female copper was fit but she wouldnt give me her number:proud:
 
proberly asking for her number was asking for it... take it on the chin mate...

I know we shouldnt have been doing it. My rant is about the waste of police resources on petty offences. The officers told us there was 6 of them in the area targeting this kind of stuff ie picking on people going out to have a good time. this boosts their figures on crime prevention?

it worked out a very expensive can mate lol..i know what your saying that there wasting money and time trying to clamp down on the street drinkers when they could be out clamping down on more serious crime ,but sometimes that's where the trouble starts... drinking early in the streets and then when they get drunk its then they start to cause trouble and commit crimes..its a no win situation mate

like you say they got fook all better to do than hasstle innocent people,

it all comes down to arreseting numbers .....i'm sure that theese tossers are on a commission.....
 
this is grazy man, ya can walk down the road with a big joint an illegal dog and give the pigs nothing but sh-t but nothing happens to them, no fine wot so ever.
we cant smoke in pubs no more, we cant fart in public no more:proud:,
we cant say this or that, WTF is going to be next?
no breathing in public or driving your car in public or on the road.
is this country a RED State? or IS THIS ENGLAND.

A Jobs worth copper wasn't going to let me into a Sex Pistols gig because I was drinking a can in the SECC car park.

I stated to him that I wasn't from Glasgow and didn't know the city drinking in public laws but I was aware that drinking a carry out is illegal in the city centre of Dundee.

He let me off! Just as well really, I wasn't missing that gig for anything, if he'd tried to arrest me I would have stuck my forehead on his beak then ran for it :)

yea i remeber the 80 i think it was 1985 new year eve in west sussex 02.00 hrs makeing my way to taxi rink when came across a lot of police ( had a pint of beer in a glass under my jacket police just told me to drink it and put the glass in a bin there was this fit policewomen i said i only do what they ask if she give me a new year kiss 5 secound later fit policewomen and me kissing giveing it the toung and all gave me her phone number but i went and lost it .)
that was the days the only think you get now for that i just mention is 6 mth.:Cheers: well merry xmas and happy new year:alcohol:

i remember asking for a coppers phone number once, she told me it was 999 then told me to fook off or id get arrested for harassing her lmao
