hello just got this email from virgin media, now there is no broadband that is totally unlimited all isp have a limit or a fair use policy makes me so angry

Hello

We're writing to let you know that we're making some changes to our broadband service, helping us to ensure that all our customers get the most from Virgin Broadband.

Some of you have told us that you are occasionally experiencing lower than expected speeds on your service - particularly in the evening. We have been busy in the background working on a solution for this and we wanted to let you know and explain how it changes our Acceptable Use Policy.

We've updated our Terms and Conditions as well and the changes become effective on 1st July 2007. To take a look at the updates just visit www.virginmedia.com and read through sections C7, F.1(p), F2-4 and H2.

We hope you continue enjoying your Virgin Broadband service.

Many thanks

I had just seen this web page before i saw your post , what a bloody liberty virgin media has , still on tv advertising unlimited , but in truth very limiting between the hours of 4 pm and midnight if you download to much before the 4pm. I have been with telewest (now virginmedia) since it started in my area . But if this is the road their going down , I will certainly be looking for another ISP shortly. If they keep advertising unlimited , then surely someone should take them to the advertising standards , or even watchdog!!!
