Which Eboot File To Use For Ver 2.0 Upgrade ?

Hi all, Just a quick question ! Which is the correct / best Eboot file to use to upgrade to firmware version 2.0 ? I have the US Eboot Version 2.0 file & the Japanese Eboot Version 2.0 file ! Has anyone used either of these files to upgrade a Uk PSP to Version 2.0 firmware ?
