Ignore the posts above, you don't need a Pandora battery. Go here:

PlayStation Guide
OFW 6.60 Download
CFW 6.60 PRO-C2 Download

You will see 4 CFW options to choose from. Pick the bottom right one '6.60 PRO-C2' (this is what I use, and I'd highly recommend it), '6.60 ME-2.3' has a few quirks. Don't bother with 6.61 either as there are a few plugins that don't work with it, and no games need it.
Make sure you follow the steps on that page precisely for installing. The first thing you should do is install OFW 6.60, then CFW 6.60 PRO-C2. After you have installed CFW, every time the PSP has been fully powered off, it will boot in OFW mode, you have to run 'Fast Recovery' to switch to CFW mode, so I'd then recommend making the firmware permanent by running the 'CIPL-Flasher Tool' (Note: Only use the 'CIPL-Flasher Tool' after you have installed CFW '6.60 PRO-C2', not before).
All these steps are reversible (even the permanent patch) if you ever want to put the PSP back as it was (although '6.60 ME-2.3' is a pain to uninstall, '6.60 PRO-C2' is easy to reverse).

With regards to your memory card question, I use a Micro SD to PRO DUO Memory Stick Adapter. They are £1.75 delivered on Ebay (or 99p from China). I use a 64gb Micro SD in mine and it works fine.

It is a zip file. Sounds like you are clicking the folder and browsing the files inside the zip via google drive. Just click the '6.60 PRO-C2' link above, then click the download arrow in the top right corner to the left of the blue 'sign in' button.

All you need from that zip are the following folders:
FastRecovery
PROUPDATE
CIPL_Flasher

They go in:
PSP/GAME/

After you have updated to OFW 6.60, run Pro Update, then Fast Recovery, then CIPL Flasher. Afterwards, you can delete these 3 folders. That's it, all done. You can now play, PSP ISO's, PSP Minis, PSX Games, Homebrew Games, Apps, Emulators etc.
Put PSP games and Minis into a folder called 'ISO' in root of the memory card. Any other executables go into their own folder inside PSP/GAME/.

Ok I have the firmware on and pro c2

Don't extract the ISO. Make a folder called 'ISO' in the root of the memory card and just put your PSP ISO's in there. PSP Minis also go in the 'ISO' folder. You will find them in the 'Game' section on the PSP main menu. All other stuff like Apps, Homebrew Games, Emulators and PSX games go into their own folder inside PSP/GAME/.

It is in a zip until I extract?

Extract the ISO from Zip. Copy ISO to 'ISO' folder on memory card. If you're seeing the 'psp_game' and 'param.sfo' you are extracting the contents of the ISO itself. Do not do this. You should just have 'PSPGAME.ISO', and copy this to the 'ISO' folder on the memory card.

Hmm I didn't seem to get an Isi unless it is in zip form after first initial unzip?

Windows might be hiding the ".iso" extension, or your extraction program might be associating isos with it. If you extract the zip file and you have a single file which is the name of the game, just copy this file to the 'ISO' folder on the memory card.
If you extract the zip and there are multiple files named rar, then just click the main rar and extract
from this to get the single ISO file.

Ok mate I'll try tomorrow fingers crossed it works!!!
